D’Hotel is hands down my favorite establishment to stay at when I visit Dipolog City…(see my prior posts going back to 2017). The rooms are nice, the restaurant is exceptional but as always, I always judge and summarize my experience by how ‘I feel’ and that can only be influenced by the amazing, courteous and professional staff! The character and demeanor of the staff at D’Hotel rivals the level of five star international hotels! You can’t go wrong by selecting D’Hotel! ❤️

Overall clean room. Had trouble getting the door lock to work when leaving temporarily. Doorman and staff helpful, respectful. Bathroom shower nozzle could use some scrubbing. Build up of hard-water residue and/or mold? Hotel provided toothbrushes that were very abrasive on the gums? We forgot our toothbrushes. AC worked well. Comfortable mattress.

A pleasant surprise to say the least. I’d classify it more as a boutique hotel. Incredibly clean inside and out. The rooms are on the small side but well laid out and modern. The beds were actually really comfortable compared to most beds found in the Philippines. The best part it was actually extremely quiet. Indoor voices seem to be in low supply at most hotels in the Philippines. The restaurant was really good with a tremendous selection to choose from. In fact my wife and I ate there every meal while we were visiting our daughter in nursing school. The staff were professional and very attentive. My only complaint is the lack of consistent hot water in the shower. The only other issue was inconsistent WiFi. Seemed to always drop out at the most inconvenient moment. I have to say Dipolog is the quietest and cleanest places I’ve ever been to in the Philippines. The rest of the Philippines should take note. Well done Dipolog!

Stayed four nights, room was reasonable size, bathroom ok, bed comfortable, breakfast a bit too Asian but was ok, airport shuttle worked!! Only complaint, they charge per hour for early check-in, even when the room is ready, I found that strange since the limited flights to Dipolog arrive morning of early afternoon.

Our reservation didnt go through so we had to stay in the lobby for a while. We went to the elevator and its very confusing since there elevators buttons are broken. theres a paper on the side of the elevator with all the stuff you should press. Our hotel room was on the third floor so before we get to our floor from the ground we have to pass by the fifth floor wait for the elevator to close and finally we get to our floor. The rooms has a do not disturb button and also a make up room button. The room we got were good for the 3. Theres a tv but it only has little chanels its reasonable though considering the price of the rooms. Our bathroom door was broken so i had a hard time opening it and I dont know about the other rooms but our bathroom had a hair dryer and a heater. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast of toninos is also very good but i feel like there rice is too dry. Overall nice hotel for its price.

The Room we stayed that is good for 2 persons at 3rd floor is clean and comfortable. I notice few issues in the room and in the hotel. Room Related 1. The Toilet was having problem with flushing. 2. The Intercom (Telephone) has no Dial Tone making it difficult to Communicate whth the Front Office so I have to go down. Hotel Related 1. The Elevator was having problem with the floor buttons. 2. Their Existing Credit Card Terminal Machine for Credit Card Payments needs an Upgrade for a much better Machine that if Cellular Coverage is poor the machine can connect to their hotel wifi making it fast and convinient for the Guest and less headache for the FO. Overall experience with this hotel is Great but needs some minor improvements. So far we have no problems with comfort. Beddings, AC and Towels are cleaned and well sanitized. I will be coming back to this hotel since it is located at the heart of Dipolog City. Looking forward that these minor issues cited will be corrected.

Samstag 18:30 - Koch hat zwei Stunden Pause. Ich wollte eine Pizza bestellen und muss nun fast zwei Stunden warten bis der Koch zu seinem Arbeitsplatz zurückgekommen ist. Dafür, dass das Hotel das beste am Platze ist, ist dies inakzeptabel.
